These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain the rules governing the use of Filisafe (the "Application", "Filisafe", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Filisafe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the Application and remove it from your device. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the appropriate channels. Your continued use of Filisafe after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Usage Policy
Filisafe provides tools designed to help users manage device storage and content, including:
• photo and video organization and cleaning;
• duplicate and similar file detection;
• contact organization and duplicate contact detection;
• Internet Speed Test;
• Website Check;
• photo and video compression; and
• application theme settings.
Users are responsible for their use of the Application, and for any content or information they choose to process through it.
Website Check
Filisafe provides a Website Check feature that allows users to submit a website address for analysis of potential security risks before visiting the website. The results provided by Website Check are for informational purposes only. A website check result does not constitute a guarantee that a website is safe, secure, legitimate, or free from malicious or harmful content. Security information and website conditions may change over time. Users should exercise their own judgment when deciding whether to visit a website, provide information, download files, or make purchases online. Users must not use Website Check to engage in unlawful activities or to submit information that they are not authorized to process intentionally.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
• download, upload, transmit, or distribute content in violation of applicable law;
• use Filisafe to organize, facilitate, or participate in illegal activities;
• use the Application to harm, threaten, harass, insult, or discriminate against other people;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, its systems, or related services;
• access, copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the source code of the Application without prior written permission, except where such activity is permitted by applicable law;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties when using Filisafe; or
• interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Application.
User Permissions and Device Content
Certain Filisafe features require access to device resources, such as photos, videos, or contacts. Users decide whether to grant the required permissions. If permission is not granted, the corresponding feature may not be available. Users remain responsible for the content stored on their device, and for selecting files or contacts they wish to process or delete.
Service Availability
Filisafe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Application available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always operate without interruption or error. The operation of certain features may depend on network connectivity, third-party services, device capabilities, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
Accuracy of Results
Filisafe provides automated tools and informational results. Results from storage analysis, contact analysis, Internet Speed Test, Website Check, file compression, and other features may not always be complete or error-free. In particular, Website Check results should not be interpreted as a guarantee of the safety, legitimacy, or security of any website. Users are responsible for reviewing results and making their own decisions before deleting files, visiting websites, downloading content, or taking other actions.
Limited Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Filisafe and its owners, operators, and service providers are not responsible for losses resulting from:
• interruptions or unavailability of the Application;
• network or connectivity problems;
• inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed results;
• actions taken by users based on information provided by the Application;
• websites, applications, files, or other third-party content accessed by users; or
• accidental deletion or loss of data resulting from user actions or device-related issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Filisafe, including its software, design, branding, graphics, text, and other materials, belong to Filisafe or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the Application or its materials without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Changes to the Application
Filisafe reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Application from time to time. We may introduce new features or modify existing functionality when reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, or secure the Application.
